Yamuna® Body Rolling is revolutionary in approach to health and fitness using balls designed exclusively for this practice. It consists of a series of routines using 6-10 inch balls. Unlike other ball exercises, YBR goes far beyond random movement and stretch. It allows you to work specific muscles in detail, creating suppleness in tight areas and optimizing your range of motion.

MRC's new childcare and preschool program is operated by Common Kids Child Care & Preschool. Common Kids was founded in January of 2011 by Melinda Fowles & Christina Falla. Their vision was to create a unique center based child care center that facilitated the development of not only the child, but to foster a strong sense of community and family togetherness.
Common Kids Child Care & Preschool believes that child care is not just about the child but the entire family. That is why Common Kids offers programs for the entire family, including our very successful Family Nights. Our staff is highly trained and sensitive to the needs of each child. At Common Kids your child is family.
Mid-Coast Recreation Center, Inc is a nonprofit committed to the promotion of healthy living for children, adults, and families in our community. That is why we chose Common Kids!

Are you taking a class, or skating, or playing tennis at MRC? We now offer drop in care from 3:30 - 7:30 pm Monday thru Friday. Please call the number listed above 1 day in advance of the services needed. Drop in care is $10 per hour with subsequent children at $5 per hour.
