Tennis Center

The Mid-Coast Recreation Center, Inc. Tennis Facility offers four indoor hard-courts with a 10 layer Plexipave surface and indirect lighting. A Pro shop is located on site for all your tennis needs.

MRC prides itself on being a public facility which is open to all members of the community equally. We offer a wide array of tennis activities from tournaments and programs to open play and leagues. In 2011, a new USTA sanctioned Under 10 tennis program is being offered for children. This program uses a cross court teaching method with the focus on fun and basic skills. We look forward to having people of all ages and abilities come out and play.

If you would like to book a court for open play simply call the front desk and check on the availability. You can book a court up to two weeks in advance. The cost for adults is $28 per hour ($20 per hour during our summer hours) and the cost for juniors is $20 per hour ($16 per hour during our summer hours.) The ball machine is also available for an additional $2. It's a great way to practice. We look forward to having you out on the courts!!
